Welcome to DRF Ventures. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DRF Ventures. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SECTION 1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

Colors may vary due to screen differences
Minor variations in fabric or appearance are acceptable

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order means you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after payment (or COD confirmation).

We reserve the right to:

Cancel suspicious or bulk orders
Refuse or limit any order

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may exclude shipping charges unless stated.

We offer:

Prepaid payments
Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD POLICY

Orders may require confirmation via call/message
Customers who refuse delivery more than 2 times will be restricted from using COD in future

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time: 7 days (PAN India)
Delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control

IMPORTANT:

If the customer provides a wrong address → customer pays reshipping charges
If order is lost in transit → we will refund or reship
If delivery is refused or unavailable → no refund obligation

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

We follow a strict damage-only return policy.

Eligible for return ONLY if:

Product is damaged
Product is undelivered due to courier issues

Conditions:

Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused with tags intact
Unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims

Not eligible:

Size issues
Preference-based returns
Minor color differences

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method

SECTION 7 – NO EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchanges, including for size-related issues. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchase.

SECTION 8 – LIMITED STOCK / RESTOCK

We operate on a limited drop model.
We do not guarantee restocks of any product.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including designs, logos, graphics, and product concepts are the property of DRF Ventures.

Unauthorized copying or resale of designs is strictly prohibited
Products are for personal use only

SECTION 10 – USER CONTENT

If you tag or share content featuring DRF Ventures, you grant us permission to repost or use it for marketing, with due credit where applicable.

SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party tools (including Shopify) to operate our store. We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.

SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRF Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

SECTION 13 – TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if these Terms are violated.

SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
