ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays
During high-demand periods or drops, processing time may be slightly extended

SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIME

We currently ship across PAN India.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Free Shipping: Available on orders above a specified amount (if applicable)

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this to track your order in real-time through our delivery partner.

WRONG ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
If an incorrect address is provided → customer will bear reshipping charges
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal → order may not be eligible for refund

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

COD orders may require confirmation via call or message
Customers who refuse delivery more than 2 times may be restricted from using COD in the future
