RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At DRF Ventures, we maintain strict quality checks before shipping every order. However, in rare cases where an issue occurs, please review our return and refund policy below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged upon delivery

The order is lost or undelivered due to courier issues
We do not accept returns for:

Size or fit issues
-
Change of mind
-
Minor color differences due to screen settings
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:

Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact

Unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims
Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in rejection of the claim.
NO EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not offer exchanges for any products.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be issued to the original payment method
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

COD orders are eligible for refund only if they meet return conditions

Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be restricted from using COD in the future
FAILED DELIVERY / WRONG ADDRESS

If a wrong address is provided by the customer → reshipping charges will apply

Orders refused or not accepted by the customer are not eligible for refund
LOST ORDERS
If your order is confirmed lost in transit:

We will either reship the product or

Issue a full refund
